Summer Camp Application 2013

The 2013 Summer Camp Application is now available for download. Paper copies will NOT be mailed out individually as in previous years. Your application is available for download here and below.

Additional Instructions

  • After downloading “2013 Summer Camp Application,” please print or have someone print application for you. 
  • Complete the entire application pages 3A-8A to avoid processing and session acceptance delays. 
  • Mail the completed application pages 3A-8A and payment, including $50 application fee, to:

  • Camper applications are only available online this year and will not be mailed to you unless otherwise requested. 
  • Remember, spaces fill up quick so don’t delay sending in your application.

Camper Eligibility

Essential Eligibility Requirements for Camp Admission are listed on page 1A of the Summer Camp Application.

Cost to Attend Camp

The regular camp fee for 2013 is $695.00 for one week. This fee is based on the actual cost of operating the summer camp program. If you are eligible for a discounted fee or would like to request a full or partial campership, please indicate that you are in need of financial assistance and how much you are able to pay on Page 7A of the Summer Camp Application.

Packing List

A "recommended packing list” will be sent with your information packet upon confirmation of your summer camp session assignment. Basic items include clothing, swimsuit, toiletry items, raincoat/poncho, sunscreen, flashlight, laundry bag, camera, and any special equipment, braces, wheelchairs, communication boards & other appliances or aids used by camper.
