Camp ASCCA is a place where campers feel safe to be themselves and face life changing experiences. Today one camper did just that.
Morgan rode a horse for the first time in six years today. What makes this so amazing you may ask? Well, this was the first time she rode a horse since an accident she had horseback riding. As a result from the accident, Morgan received a brain injury and was in a coma for three months.
I never would have guessed that happened after watching her today though. She really shinned out there. I admire her bravery; she was not scared one bit. Maybe a little nervous for her mom though, she made a few shot outs to her on the video.
