Session Two Comes to an End

What an amazing week we had here at Camp! We’ve done it all, danced, ziplined, made pizzas, met Auburn Football players, swam, laughed, and everything in between. As campers pack up and head home, we reflect on all the memories we’ve made this week. Each activity and new experience brought us closer together, forming friendships that will continue to grow outside of Camp.

This week was filled with joy and excitement as campers embraced every activity with enthusiasm and courage. The zipline was a huge hit, per usual, with campers conquering their fears and experiencing the thrill of it all. Our pizza making session with Little Italy Auburn was a delightful mess, everyone getting the opportunity to create their own delicious masterpiece.

Meeting the Auburn football players was a highlight for many campers and staff, including the Alabama fans. The players were incredible with the campers, chatting, and taking photos, their visit definitely brought huge smiles and unforgettable moments. Pool parties were a refreshing escape from the summer heat, filled with laughter and lots of splashes. It is always wonderful watching campers enjoy the water, making new friends, and building their confidence. The BcK4T party, and Christmas themed dance were absolutely a highlight, we played lots of games, and had a blast dancing the night away. The thrill of the zipline, the joy of making and sharing pizzas, and the excitement of our parties and dances were just a few highlights that made this week unforgettable. The spirit of Camp ASCCA is truly special, and its evident in the smiles, laughter and connections made throughout the week.
