Additional Instructions
-After downloading “2013 Summer Camp Application,” please print or have someone print application for you.
-Complete the entire application pages 3A-8A to avoid processing and session acceptance delays.
-Mail the completed application pages 3A-8A and payment, including $50 application fee, to:

-Camper applications are only available online this year and will not be mailed to you unless otherwise requested.
-Remember, spaces fill up quick so don’t delay sending in your application.
