Session 5, Mobile Rotary week, started off in full force today. Yesterday staff headed down to Mobile and woke up bright and early to begin check-in for this week! Unlike the other sessions, we go to Mobile, check campers in, and load up on buses to come to Camp!
As check-in began, each camper excitedly walked through the doors eager for their upcoming week. After each camper arrived, everyone loaded up on three buses to make the journey back to Camp! On the buses, everyone was able to catch up with old
friends and meet new ones as well. During the ride, we enjoyed several movies to pass the time!
When the buses turned onto Camp ASCCA Road, everyone cheered with joy! This meant we were so close to starting the awesome week. As the buses rolled in, all of the counselors and program staff cheered and greeted the campers! Counselors waited enthusiastically to meet their campers as they got off the bus. Today was a long day, but worth it because this week is going to be so much fun!
