Ever year, as summer comes to an end, all of Camp ASCCA staff takes on the task of voting on one camper they thought had the biggest impact of the whole summer. The nominees of this prestigious award are often selected based on the characteristics that make them unique and the impressions they leave on the people around them. We are honoring a very special lady this week, your 2023 Camper of the Year: Tanya Glaze!
To know Ms. Tanya, is to love her; she never fails to light up every room she walks in. You can always count on her to wear a smile on her face and to greet you with a warm hug! She loves ASCCA, she has been joining us here every summer for many, many years. Everyone’s biggest question is how she hasn’t received Camper of the Year before now! Tanya is so important to our Camp family, she has formed so many meaningful connections, and endless memories, we are honored to have such a special soul recognized as our camper of the year.
