Session Five
This week at camp we have a special set of people joining us. We not only have one of our oldest campers Dewey, but this summer we also have his niece Mary.
Dewey is 85 and has spent many summers with us here at camp. He is well known around here for his kind heart and cheerful demeanor. He’s also been known to produce some beautiful work in arts and crafts. It is always a pleasure seeing his face around camp, but this summer we got something more. This summer he is joined by his niece, Mary, who is spending her first vacation ever here at camp. She was very excited to come to camp and Dewey was just as excited to share the experience with her. Every time he sees someone new around camp he makes sure they know who his niece is and that this is her first time at camp.
We are so happy to have both of these wonderful campers. We hope that Mary loves camp as much as Dewey has.
