Today campers got to partake in a number of exciting activities ranging from crafts all the way to tubing! We began our day with the Pledge of Allegiance and breakfast which was followed by a very high-energy day. Groups rotated between adaptive horseback riding, craft projects generously donated by The Home Depot and tubing. We ended the afternoon sessions with some swimming in the pool before supper.
After supper we held the talent show in which campers in solos or groups performed for us. One of our campers left everyone in the audience teary-eyed after he signed “Jesus Loves Me.” We also had excellent participation from our UNA volunteers in the talent show– I’m not sure who was more fun to watch!
