Mother Nature has not been on our side for the first two days of program staff training, but it has not stopped the program staffers and the rest of the Camp ASCCA employees yet. It has been quite wet around the campgrounds the past couple of days, but we as a staff are eager to push on and get things done. With just two days into orientation week the Camp ASCCA staff have already accomplished a lot of training.
Yesterday each program staffer focused on their groups, so that they will be ready when the campers arrive at Camp. This morning after some delicious breakfast by Food Services Director Enis, the program staff jumped right back into training. Today they are being certified in CPR by Head Nurse Abbey. With all of our program staffers being CPR certified we here at Camp ASCCA are adding to the overall safety of anyone who comes to our camp.
