Historically, the dance at Camp ASCCA is always a night to remember. Campers anticipate the dance night all year long. When this special night rolls around, everyone comes to dinner dressed to impress, and some even write love notes asking others to save them a dance. This year the dance was a little different, and very exciting for campers!
In the past, the dance has been held in the dining hall. However, this year we used the new Big Stage to host our DJ and the dance. This set a beautiful scene while everyone danced to the sun setting upon the lake.
As everyone left dinner and arrived at the Big Stage, they were served watermelon. Then, campers began to bust a move on the dance floor to music played by our very own, DJ Cody. Everyone danced their hearts out and sang along with friends. As the dance came to an end, campers were in for a special treat. Everyone gathered around and enjoyed a spectacular firework show put on special for ASCCA! This dance night proved to be a memorable one!
