It is Orientation Week for the summer staff. One of the more important aspects of this week is to bring the staff together so we can get to know one another and be able to work efficiently as a unit.
The “group elements” portion of this week is designed to test us to see how we work as a unit during frustrating or difficult moments. The staff had to think quick on their feet using strategy, leadership skills and trusting one another to get through the tasks set before them.
At the end of the day we had conquered many obstacles, laughed and together we are ready for whatever challenges this summer may bring.
