Yesterday was a very eventful day here at Camp ASCCA. We started the day off just like any other with our traditional morning routine which includes flag raising, a joke of the day, a quote, and a prayer. After flag raising, we enjoyed some delicious breakfast before jumping straight into our daily rotations. The day felt normal, but last night was something we have not done all summer here at Camp, it was Bingo Night.
Last night after dinner, the program staff set up our dining hall for bingo as everyone waited patiently for the fun to start. There were several different styles of bingo last night such as traditional, stamp, X, and even a hashtag. Having different varieties of bingo added a little more fun, and it was a step away from the traditional bingo. Nothing sounds better than hearing a camper shout to the top of their lungs when they get a bingo, and once they get a bingo they get to choose a prize from our prize table.
After a few rounds of bingo, there was one more final game for those who had won games previously. The final game was a very intense one for it seemed that anyone could have won it. Somehow, two campers ended up tying, and so both of them got to enjoy the confetti that was shot in the air. Last night was a fun way to end another awesome day here at the greatest place on Earth.
