Auburn Junior High Students Take On ASCCA Group Elements

Last Thursday we were joined by Auburn Junior High School 7th and 8th grade students from Tiger Pride and the Student Council for a day of team-building. The Tiger Pride club promotes school spirit, student pride, and random acts of kindness. The goal of the day was for each team to become stronger when working together and maximize their communication skills when obstacles are put in their way.

The students were challenged by ASCCA staff on our group elements course and at the zip-line. Groups were pushed to listen to each other and communicate what they thought would work best during each activity, whether it was flying across the nitro course, balancing everyone on the log, or moving from island to island. All of our courses are challenge by choice, and each team used their school spirit and support to cheer on their classmates through each challenge.
