Today Session 6 Campers traveled to Italy for Around the World week! Viva Italia!
We started the day dressed in our finest Italia T-shirts and red, white, and green facepaint. We embraced our inner Italian most obviously at meal times! Our fabulous kitchen staff dressed up the dining hall with red tableclothes and prepared some delicious Italian food. For lunch we had meatball subs and finished the day with a pizza party! Prego!
Italy was also a highlight in this evening’s around the world evening program. Campers and counselors worked together to build the best Leaning Tower of Pisa out of paper towel rolls!
Our passports have been stamped and it’s time to turn in. So Ciao for now, but catch us tomorrow when we travel to CHINA!
