It’s an annual TREAT to have campers and a few families at Camp ASCCA for a fun-filled weekend of camp fun! This year the special weekend fell on Halloween and took place October 31-November 2, 2014. Do you know what that meant? A SPOOKtacular good time with costumes and more!
Fifty campers, along with a few family members, were our special visitors. Twenty-two Camp ASCCA counselors, program staff, and nursing staff made sure the weekend went off without a hitch. Twelve Auburn University Pi Kappa Phi fraternity volunteers, five Auburn University nursing school volunteers, and one UAB nursing school volunteer added to the fun with their expertise and great spirits! With thank everyone who participated!
The weekend activities included a Halloween dance, pumpkin carving, talent show, zip-line, archery, arts & crafts, game room, a campfire, costume contest, a movie, and more! Take a minute to see a “few” photos here on our Flickr page.
