This weekend a group of local Campfire Girls visited Camp ASCCA for a Saturday of fun. Upon arrival, the girls were welcomed by ASCCA staff and spent a few minutes greeting each other and checking out the schedule for the day.
Once everyone had arrived, girls were split into groups based on the stage that they have reached in Campfire Girls. For example, the Sassy Sistas began their day at the zipline when the weather was nice and cool while the Southern Belles and Groovy Gals started their day at the splash pad.
The weather played out perfectly for the girls, and everyone was able to enjoy all of the camp activities like zipline, fishing, arts and crafts, and more. At the end of the day, the smile on each girl’s face as they packed up and were reluctant to leave, revealed a successful day at Camp ASCCA.
