Tuesday afternoon after snack time during Camp ASCCA’s Session 7 2014, campers and staff were treated to the breezy sounds of steel drum band Caribbean Chrome! The two-man band is from Anniston, Alabama and play to crowds and events throughout the southeast.
During the performance everyone enjoyed snow cones from our new snow cone machines! Many danced, did the limbo, and everyone enjoyed each other’s company. There was a nice breeze and a beautiful view at the chapel (where the fun took place.)
Maybe, just maybe, a few of us closed our eyes and imagined we were IN the Caribbean!
