Hello again to everyone!!
First off I want to say that I am beyond excited to be back here at Camp ASCCA for the weekend!
Once all the campers arrive it was time to start the fun. We started off the night with our usual camp meal, and then moved on to our Christmas party.
There were lots of ornaments, christmas cards, and memories made tonight. All of the campers had the chance to make scratch ornaments, paint ornaments, elves out of pine cones, christmas cards, and chex mix. We even got to enjoy some hot chocolate!
The best surprise of all for the night was our visit from santa!! Each camper had their choice of getting to talk with santa about what they would like for christmas and have their picture made with him.
Needless to say, everyone is in the christmas spirit here this weekend. There are always campers and counselors singing christmas carols together.
Tomorrow everyone has a full day of activies planned as we will be traveling to Montgomery to go christmas shopping in the mall and then will be taking a trip to the Montgomery Zoo.
