It was only right that we ended the last night of Mobile Rotary Week with a bang! Campers had the most epic dance party we’ve seen all summer. Everywhere you turned there was a huddle with someone in the middle of it, tearing the dance floor up to no end. It’s the day campers look forward to all week and each each time it just keeps getting better!
As usual, DJ Cody was on the 1’s and 2’s, keeping campers on their feet all night long. This was probably one of the livliest bunches we’ve had all summer, with very few campers sitting only to take a little break before hopping to their feet again! If it’s one thing this crew of campers knows how to do, it’s have a good time.
All week campers were practicing their dance moves and scoping out their dance partners for the big night. Usually everyone leaves Free Choice early on Thursday afternoons to get all dolled up and dressed to impress. Thursday night dances will never stop being a big deal and that’s quite alright with us.
Though the night is filled with tons of fun, the slideshow viewing usually brings on the tears and the bittersweet feeling of such a great week coming to an end. But it’s never goodbye with us, only see you later’s! Thanks for another amazing summer Mobile Rotary campers. See y’all again next year!
