Dance night is always one of the best nights of the week. Tonight we held our second to last dance of the summer, and it was everything we could have asked for! Our dances are always the time of a lifetime, and tonight was no different!
This week our dance was a Mardi Gras themed ball. After dinner campers headed to the basement of our Lion’s Lodge to the transformed dance venue. Each camper was greeted with beads as they walked in. The program staff was tossing beads to everyone as they made their way. We even had a few throwing from the balcony in true Mardi Gras fashion!
Joyus laughter radiated throughout the whole room all night. Campers and staff danced the night away having the time of their life! After the dance, everyone gathered around for one last song, the goodnight song. The whole night was a blast, and that was the cherry on the top of a perfect night!
