For the final day of the Drake Middle School field trips, students arrived this morning even more energized and enthusiastic for the adventures ahead. We could not have asked for better weather to welcome all the students, teachers, and parents to camp. Today’s group rotations were similar to the rotations that other groups faced as our ASCCA staff helped students experience the zipline, waterslide, canoeing, and more.
As the afternoon approached, you could almost feel the fall weather rolling in as students who exited the waterslide would first share how great the ride was but then quickly shiver with a grin as the breeze from Lake Martin blew through. The waterslide was such a hit today that we saw many parents join in on the fun!
We have had a great time with the Drake Middle School groups over the past two weeks and look forward to future adventures!
