Today our staff members learned dressing and diaper techniques from head counselors Jay Gosselin and Sarah Shaner. After the explation, unit leaders led practice sessions for the staff to get hands-on experience.
Returning staff demonstrated for new staff how to properly dress a camper and offered helpful advice from their previous experience on when certain techniques work better than others. All staff were able to practice until they felt confident in their ability, and returning staff’s tips helped newer counselors acheive success.
