The Enterpise Rotary Club donated $19,500 in funds to local and statewide agencies serving Enterpise and the surrounding county and its citizens.
According to the story Enterprise Rotary donates $19,500 to community posted on The Enterprise Ledger’s website:
“The mission of the Easter Seals Camp ASCCA, Alabama’s Special Camp for Children and Adults, is to help eligible individuals with disabilities and/or health impairments achieve equality, dignity and maximum independence, said Helms. “Our donation will benefit their Campership Fund, which is a scholarship fund which in 2009 served 120 people from Coffee County.” Camp ASCCA Public Relations Director Allison Wetherbee will accept the donation when she addresses the club April 27.
