On January 21st, I spoke with the Hartselle Kiwanis Club. This was my second time speaking for this club and I appreciated the opportunity to return. As is usually the case, this club had new members since I last visited. Also, some members were absent for my first presentation. So, the Camp ASCCA information was new to several in attendance.
I am always pleased to be able to “introduce” Camp ASCCA to people who are unfamiliar with camp. Almost always, their faces light up with the thought of a camp such as ASCCA existing! Several faces at the Hartselle Kiwanis Club lit up upon hearing what a special place Camp ASCCA really is!
