Jingle Jump

Camp ASCCA is always a magical place, but Camp ASCCA at Christmas time is even more magical. The beauty behind Camp ASCCA magic is that we truly believe in our Campers abilities to dream big and their abilties to overcome the many obstacles that life puts in their way. We want to continue spreading this magic and one way to do that is to give more campers the opportunity to come to Camp ASCCA.
One of my favorite Christmas movies is Polar Express and there is a quote that ties in perfectly with Camp ASCCA’s Jingle Jump fundraiser and it says, “The bell still rings for all who truly believe.”

We truly believe and we are ringing in thousands of dollars ($37,451 and growing) to send more campers to camp. In today’s Jingle Jump we had 45 jumpers 30 teams/individuals, 4 of those being campers who had staff members jumpr for them. These jumpers have spent the past month raising money for camperships.Their goal was to raise $725 and if they did they had to jump in the camp pool. In the summer time the pool is the place to be, but not today that water was FREEZING…especially after they added gallon sized ice cubes.

Who raised the most money?
Camp ASCCA Staff: John Stephenson
Camp Counselor: Logan Duck
Camper: Sam Sullivan

We are very proud of all of our Jumpers, many volunteers and donors because of yall we will be able to send over 51 campers to camp! That is truly amazing! Thank you for all of your hard work! #dontstopbelieving #jinglejump2015 #webelieve

It has been an absolutely Magical day here at Camp ASCCA and we are all resting up for even more Christmas fun this afternoon at the carnival.
