Again this spring, the Ladies of 798 have supported Easter Seals Camp ASCCA! The contribution to Camp ASCCA will go to our “Campership Fund” which allows children and adults with special needs and need financial assistance to attend Camp ASCCA this summer.
Who are the Ladies of 798? Here is a description of their organization from their website:
Our organization consists of pipeline spouses, of all union trades, who have banded together, and are united like a family. We pledge to represent our organization with integrity, dedication, caring, and loyalty. We are committed to meeting the needs of our pipeline family and surrounding communities by reaching across America with our spirit to serve. Our vision is to lend a helping hand to those in need, by assisting people to live healthier and happier lives through our investments in the communities we serve. We are constantly looking for ways to reach out to all pipeline families for their support, help, and ideas. We are always looking for people who want to be associated with our organization and that share the same vision in making our organization successful. We hope that you will join our endeavors!
The Ladies of 798 held their 2014 Steward School this April in Tulsa, OK. It is here that they raised money for their 2014 charities with their annual basket auction. Here is the link to their photo gallery.
John Stephenson and Dana Rickman were able to meet with Alabama members Bonnie Turner and Nancy Glaze and her husband for a lunch check presentation. The group made an all-time-high donation to Camp ASCCA of $7,128!
