On January 24-26, 2014, Camp ASCCA hosted Lakeshore Foundation’s youth hunt! Fifteen people participated which included staff members and five families with six children. One participant harvested an eight-point buck, which is the biggest buck that a Lakeshore participant has taken at Camp ASCCA!
The weather was pleasant all weekend (if you include the cold mornings…) The group participated in a shooting competition at the shooting range Saturday morning after a hunting session. It was fun for all! That evening, the group was treated with a campfire complete with ooey gooey s’mores.
We thank Lakeshore Foundation for choosing Camp ASCCA to host your annual hunts. We love having your groups here!
