As many already know, one of the first programs of any week at Camp ASCCA is the pool party. Once campers arrived this Sunday afternoon, the excitement for the pool party was growing, but many people were curious if it would happen because of the yucky weather.
It was a day full of thunderstorms and rain showers, but luckily the bad weather came to a stop just in time for the party. While some cabins headed to the Grinch Christmas Game, others headed to the pool.
With a little sun shining through, the party began. Campers everywhere were smiling from ear to ear with every splash that was made. There are a lot of new faces here this week, and the pool party is the best way to get to know everyone. It was a great start for this week of Christmas in July!
