This summer marks Virginia’s first summer at Camp ASCCA, and she is so excited to be apart of our Aquatic Program Staff. When summer is not in session, Virginia is a Special Education Aid at a high school in Birmingham.
Virginia originally heard about ASCCA during her time at the University of South Alabama where she studied Recreational Therapy, and she had peers who were former staff. After hearing about her classmates experiences working at camp, Virginia decided to apply. She is most looking forward to seeing the abundance of happiness that camp brings to all of our campers and how camp truly impacts their lives. A boring fact about Virginia is that she does not have a favorite color.
