Get to know our 2023 Program Staff!
This year our program staff is made up of many familiar faces, and you may recognize Carson from his time as a counselor last summer! This year he joins our adventure staff and is ready to step into a new role at Camp ASCCA.
Carson is from Pike Road, AL, and is attending Auburn University, pursuing a degree in nursing.
Carson first learned about Camp ASCCA through his sister-in-law, Gwin Walker, who is a former staff member. He is looking forward to being a member of our adventure program staff, and so far, his expectations have been exceeded.
Carson’s favorite week of ASCCA is Teen Week, he loves being a part of our campers experiencing prom and having fun.
It’s no shock that when asked what his favorite part about ASCCA is, Carson said our campers and having fun and the love that they show.
“Last summer, I was scared at first, but immediately fell in love with Camp ASCCA and the campers,” says Carson.
