Get to know our 2023 Program Staff!
Today we welcome Kris Shelby back to Camp ASCCA! Kris is part of outdoor education program staff and will be running nature this summer, as well as helping at fishing. Some of you may recognize Kris from last summer when he was our shooting sports instructor.
Kris is from Mendenhall, Mississippi, and is a rising senior at Mississippi State University. He is pursuing a degree in Wildlife Fisheries and Aquaculture.
Kris is excited to step into a new role and share his love of nature with our campers and staff.
He is most looking forward to bonding with our campers and seeing our former Mobile Rotary campers.
Kris says, “Camp ASCCA changes you in ways you cannot explain. It makes you grateful and humbles you to help people experience so many things you take for granted.”
