Mary is from Madison, Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Music Therapy. Music therapy is the use of music to accomplish individualized goals for each person. Music can be used to help advance any therapeutic goal.
This is Mary’s first year at Camp ASCCA, and she is excited for everything at camp and meeting the campers. She has worked at day camps in the past but she never got much from them. After her first few groups of Arts and Crafts/Music, she loves it here at Camp ASCCA.
Every Program Staffer was asked what Olympic gold medal they would want to win. Instead of winning a gold medal, Mary would like to be the opening act.
