Meet the Program Staff 2025: Pearl Bilbrey

Summer 2025 is right around the corner, and before the fun officially begins, we’re excited to introduce you to our amazing program staff! This team is confident, knowledgeable, and ready to give our campers the best summer experience possible.

Today, we’re excited to introduce Pearl, who is certainly no stranger to Camp ASCCA. Over the past three summers, she’s served as a CIT and counselor, and this year, we’re thrilled to welcome her to the program staff as part of our Outdoor Education team! Pearl will be leading our demo farm and fishing activities this summer.

From Albertville, AL, Pearl is a rising sophomore at Liberty University, where she’s pursuing a degree in Developmental Psychology. Her goal is to one day work in ABA therapy—a passion that reflects her heart for helping others.

Pearl keeps coming back to Camp ASCCA for one very special reason: the people. “There’s never a dull moment,” she says. “Some people call Disney World the happiest place on Earth, but for me, Camp ASCCA is truly the happiest place.”

This summer, she’s looking forward to stepping into her new behind-the-scenes role. “It really was a God thing,” Pearl shares. “He put me exactly where He wanted me to be.”

With so many exciting things happening each summer, Pearl is especially looking forward to the dances and concert nights—and we’re looking forward to seeing her shine in this new role!

Fun fact: Pearl’s favorite movie is The Princess and the Frog!

Stay tuned as we continue to introduce the rest of our incredible program staff!
