At the zip line today, one of our regular camp activities, Andrew Smith showed great courage! All of his group mates had made their way down the zip line, but he was hesitant about joining them. Fellow camper Matt Shaw helped his counselors encourage Andrew, and after some time, he decided to give it a go!
Andrew came down the zip line with ease and a smile on his face! As soon as he finished he told me he had fun and would do it again one day; everyone was so proud of Andrew and his accomplishment!
This is just one of the brave moments experienced here at Camp ASCCA. Our campers are learning and overcoming new things daily, and we could not be more proud of them!
Keep up the good work, campers. We love to see you succeed!
