We proudly announce that Charlotte and Corn Dog are the proud parents of eight piglets! They were born this morning and seem to be doing very well. Lyle will set out to the barn today to provide them with a warm, safe place to settle in.
The two pigs were on loan to Camp ASCCA from Dean & Anita Adcock for the summer. Campers visiting Camp ASCCA were able to learn about the pigs and interact with them as part of the demonstration farm program activity.
Instead of moving the soon-to-be momma, we chose to keep her here to give birth and now to let her piglets grow up a little before returning home or finding new homes.
