Session 2 kicked off with a pool party for Cheaha, Redstick, Cherokee, and Creek cabins. Campers this week crowded around the basketball goals to play against each other and their counselors. Those not playing basketball enjoyed floating and talking to everyone.
ASCCA’s newest gadget helps us get closer pictures of campers and counselors in the pool. The PR staff now has a waterproof camera bag that allows us to get into the pool with the campers and our fellow staff for a new perspective on the activities. Being able to cool off in the water is just another plus!
Tomorrow the rest of the cabins will have pool party, and campers will get to return to the pool during activity rotations and free choice this week. We look forward to a week full of fun in the water!
