This summer, we welcomed 16 new members to the 2017 Program Staff! Composed of some new and familiar faces, everyone arrived for training week eager and ready to work hard. Though some didn’t know what to expect, returning staff were able to give them an idea and minimize the anticipation.
Each person’s experience varies because each program requires different skillsets, but they all make the best of it and find fun in each of their activities. We were sure to choose individuals who were not only capable to do their tasks but passionate about it as well! These are things they’ll be doing day in and day out for the next three months, and we want them to be just as excited as they were on day one.
