It started rainy this afternoon before we had a chance to begin our afternoon programs. The rain didn’t stop us though! Once we realized we wouldn’t be attending the activities, Plan B was immediately put into action.
Campers and counselors were understanding and good sports of the change in schedule. We divided into two teams for the first half and played anagrams, spelling out answers to questions about camp. It was a great fun way to get to learn new things about other people and camp!
After we finished the game we moved on to “Skit in a Bag.” Teams were grouped by cabin and given a trash bag full of random objects in which they had to make a skit using all items and teammates. Teams performed in front of everyone at the pavilion including the judges. The skits were creative and funny for such a short period of time given to come up with them! We have quite the crafty bunch here this week.
