Tuesday, we welcomed the Randolph County Learning Center participants and staff for a day camp at Camp ASCCA!
They had a fun day filled with activities at the pond area. They got to shoot paintball slingshots, hit golf balls at the targets on the pond, go fishing, swing, and jump on our bungee trampoline!
The Randolph County Learning Center provides community-based educational and adaptive daily living skills. The participants also receive instruction in academics, socialization, communication, personal care, and hygiene. RCLC serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Tuesday’s smiles were the biggest and brightest we’ve seen in a while. It was the perfect mood boost we all needed. All in all, it was a great day with our friends from the RCLC.
