This week, in Arts and Crafts camp, campers have a fun, theme-related activity to make! This week’s theme is American Bandstand. On Thursday night, for our concert, campers will wear their favorite band or singer t-shirt and get to rock out to the concert we have planned! Today, the activity in Arts and Crafts was inspired by the theme, and campers got to create their record or CD of their favorite band or singer, or come up with a whole new idea!
Numerous ideas were blossoming in the Arts and Crafts area, and it was exciting to see all the campers exploring their creativity. The campers got to use paint and markers to bring their visions to life. Alan, also known as AT, was having a fantastic time designing his CD. He was all smiles and making everyone laugh. It couldn’t have been a better place to be in!
To enhance the experience, we also included some fun music from their favorite bands and singers that inspired the campers’ artwork. The campers had such a fun time jamming out to music and creating their own artwork. It was wonderful to see how each camper’s personality shone through in their creations, showcasing their unique skills.
