On Sunday, September 23, young students from Rocky Creek Baptist Church visited Camp ASCCA with their leaders Tiffany and Seth Clark. The group volunteered their afternoon and helped clean up the dining hall. They cleaned all the tables and chairs that are used at meals and made sure they were in their best shape. Camp Director Matt Rickman said, “This work party was the youngest we’ve ever had,” and we are very thankful for the hard work they put in on Sunday.
Leaders Tiffany and Seth Clark were actually members of the Camp ASCCA summer staff several years ago, and they have always kept the Rocky Creek Baptist Church in Alexander City connected with Camp ASCCA. The church has also contributed to many Camp ASCCA proms in the summer. We always love when former staff members connect other parts of their lives with Camp ASCCA.
