Camp ASCCA decided to do something special Thursday morning for teen week. Instead of the usual activity rotations, boys and girls split into two separate groups to participate in their own activities. Girls held a brunch and pool party while boys watched a movie in the BcK4T and played games.
The morning started off with a delicious breakfast! Girls had cinnamon waffles and boys had the usual breakfast casserole. Breakfast for girls was in the basement of Lions Lodge with a great view of the lake. It didn’t take long before Taylor Swift started playing over the speakers. After breakfast, the girls made their way to the pool for a pool party! A snack bar was also provided with drinks as the temperature was starting to get hot. Everyone got in the pool and had a great time swimming!
The boys headed over to the BcK4T for a movie and games! “Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lighting Thief” played on the projector as campers enjoyed popcorn, cookies, and chips. We also had a simulator up which campers could chose from multiple different sports to play. Campers chose to play football and golf. Once everyone was full on snacks, it was time to wrap up.
It’s been a great last day of camp for session 4. Campers enjoyed brunch, the pool, and a movie for their final day. Smiles were on everyone’s faces as it was the perfect way to start out a perfect day!
