Session 6
The cast of session six has finally arrived on location and we can’t wait to have some magical movie moments with them. About 90 campers are here for a fun movie-themed week.
Tonight we split the campers into two groups for evening programs. One half went to a pool party while the other played movie clue! In movie clue, somebody stole the video cameras that we need to make our cabin films tomorrow and it was up to the campers to find out who, where, and with what. Campers went around an entire production crew performing tasks such as picking costumes, acting out scenes, and guessing soundtrack trivia in order to receive clues about who stole the video cameras.
The favorite task for the campers of the night was the stunt man’s task. In order to receive clues from the stunt man, campers had to fill a milk jug to a designated line using cups of ice cold water. The catch? A counselor had to lie down and hold the milk jug as campers filled it up. The wetter the counselor, the more clues the campers got.
Tomorrow night the groups will switch activities so everyone gets a chance to catch the bad guy and soak their counselor. To see pictures from check in and the evening programs, look at our Flickr!
