Though most visitors on the website are looking for information on campers and how they’re doing, we can’t forget about the goings-on of our awesome counselors, program staff, full time staff, and nurses! This week is a really fun week for the staff because we’re doing “Secret Pals”.
Everyone who wants to participate fills out an informational sheet and puts it in a pile, then each person picks a sheet at random. Whoever the paper belongs to is your “secret pal” and you get gifts for them every day of the week until the big reveal on Friday. Obviously, if you are giving gifts to somebody, then you’ll be receiving gifts as well.
So far gifts have varied from t-shirts and water guns to favorite snacks or sodas. Some people make their secret pal work for their gifts, while others make it easy for them and get gifts hand delivered. It’s a great way for all of the staff to get to know each other better and have some fun.
