Today officially marked the beginning to Session 3! We are so excited to have these campers with us this week and make so many new memories with them! For evening activities we let the campers choose from three different things so they could get to know their fellow campers!
The first option was to play bingo in our Dining Hall. All the campers that wanted to play got bingo cards and listened to the program staff call numbers out. They all marked their cards and listened anxiously wanting to get a bingo. While some campers got a little heated, out of excitement of course, others were just excited to be here at ASCCA! When a camper got a bingo, they had the option to choose from the prize box or play the claw machine with other prizes!
The second option was for campers to go to the Big Stage and listen to music while playing games and hanging out with one another! This was such a fun opportunity for the campers to get to know each other and have a chill night before going to bed. The campers loved sitting around the stage and mingling with not only the other campers, but the staff as well!
The last option was to play some sports games at the pickleball courts. The campers had the option to play pickleball, basketball, cornhole, or gaga ball. This was an amazing activity for the campers, especially those who had long rides to Camp today! Playing with our staff and other campers was so much fun for them and you could tell by the smiles on their faces!
The first night of Session 3 was so much fun! We are so ready for the rest of this week and we cannot wait to share it with everyone! We are sure this will be the best session yet!
