On November 26, The Casual Pint hosted its second annual Turkey Drop. Participants purchased rubber ducks for a chance to win the grand prize or one of two runner-up prizes, with all remaining proceeds benefiting Camp ASCCA.
The event was a tremendous success, with 264 ducks sold. The ducks were lifted high into the air using a scissor lift and dropped from the top as everyone hoped theirs would land closest to the target.
In the end, three ducks came out on top, and all three winners generously donated their prize money back to Camp ASCCA.
We are incredibly grateful to The Casual Pint for hosting this event and to the Alabama Elks for helping jump-start such a successful fundraiser.
