ASCCA achievements are awards given to campers each day at lunch. These achievements are a unique way for program staff to congratulate campers that excelled at their program. Campers work hard to earn these awards, and when they do their faces light up the whole room!
All of our campers do amazing things each day. Today, for demo farm, our camper Taylor won. She was super engaged and eager to help Abbie the entire rotation. For Adventure, Kera was energetic, excited to go down the zipline, and encouraged all of her group as they went down! Our pool winner of the day, Drew, went to the pool and entertained the whole group and won himself an award for his positive attitude! For tubing, the first-time tuber, Alyssa won for her excitement and bravery. Our arts and crafts winner today was Luke of Crow cabin. He wanted to make a bird mask to represent his cabin and was determined to make his vision come true. At waterslide, campers always make a game of who can go down the most times or with the best pose. Our winner Payne today went down so many times we lost count! Laura, our horseback winner, had the time of her life. She was so giggly and happy to be riding Skip!
Congratulations to all of our ASCCA achievers of the week. We are so excited to see the winners of the rest of the week. Our campers surprise us every day with their enthusiasm and bravery!
