HONK HONK… You better put your seat belt on because Camp ASCCA’s campers have a need for speed!
When everyone started trickling in for lunch they were all surprised and excited to see that Talladega Superspeedway had sent us a surprise! Every summer Judy Williams drives an official pace car up to camp so that our campers can pretend to drive, take pictures and of course honk the horn.
They loved it and we are so thankful for Judy Williams who is an employee of Talladega Superspeedway, but will forever be part of our Camp ASCCA family. Williams started working for Camp ASCCA in 1972 and has continued to return to camp, even if it is for the shortest of visits like today.
As always it has been a great day here at Camp ASCCA! We have had an exciting day full of fun with all of our friends, but now it is time to say Goodnight.
So… Goodnight Friends and Family, we love you and we can’t wait to see what adventures tomorrow will bring!
