This has been one heck of a day! Pleasant weather, abundant friends, and extremely fun activities. Our morning started with a peaceful breakfast at The Patio. This location offers sweeping lake views and the beautiful morning sky. The picnic tables are accessible and everyone enjoyed their time together.
Morning activities took place out at the pond area. Campers enjoyed the Big Swing, sling shots, fishing, and the LPR Zipline!
Three ASCCA Achievement Awards were given out at lunchtime. Jonathan received an Achievement for the LPR Zipline and the Big Swing. Matt was awarded an Achievement for his fishing skills and the excitement he brought to the activity. Sarah received her Achievement for slingshot paintball!
After rest period, we were back outside in the pool and splash pad. Staff member Brandon had the camera all day and grabbed the camera’s waterproof gear and took some cool underwater photos of Jonathan!
And finally, one group of campers created bead jewelry and painted rocks in arts & crafts while the other group canoed at sunset on Lake Martin.
