Outback University, a program of Outback America, took place here at Camp ASCCA this past weekend October 10-12, 2014. We hope they had a wonderful time!
The weekend is explained from their website:
“Participants find their lives transformed as they begin to develop an understanding of their life purpose. During the course of the 48-hour weekend, participants find their lives transformed as they begin to develop a daily strategy and an understanding of their life purpose, personal standards, and begin cultivating a Christ-driven life. Music and drama, combined with recreation, team-building activities, and small group sessions are some of the exciting activities that make Outback the adventure of a lifetime. Best of all participants are provided with simple ways to take the experience home for life.”
Outback Ministries, Inc. is an outreach ministry from the JH Ranch. JH Ranch is located in the mountains of Northern California and has been serving parents and teens for over 20 years.
As an organization, Outback Ministries’ goal is to strengthen individuals’ relationships with God, family members, their church, and their community. Outback fulfills this call through offering three separate weekend events: Outback America, Outback University, and Outback International.
